  • Meet Jacqueline Sobotka. Known as a Coach who cares, Jacqueline is a compassionate and nurturing Functional Medicine Health Coach passionate about health, fitness, & nutrition. She understands firsthand the struggles of yo-yo dieting, body image issues, and eating disorders, and has personally overcome them to reset her health, lose unwanted weight, and achieve the highest levels of fitness.

    As a wife, mother, model, and entrepreneur, Jacqueline knows just how challenging it can be to prioritize self-care amidst a busy lifestyle. That's why she's dedicated the last decade to helping others discover healthy habits that fit their unique needs and schedules. With her support, you can renew your energy, rebalance your hormones, recharge your metabolism, and release unwanted weight.

    Our Excell-erate Weight Loss Program is rooted in her genuine desire to help others lose unwanted weight so they can lead a lifestyle that lasts. She co-founded Lady Leader Lifestyle to provide a supportive community and personalized guidance to help others achieve their health goals. When she's not helping our Excell patients and coaching clients, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family in Indianapolis, Indiana.

  • Jamey received his Bachelor’s degree at Wake Forest University in 1978. He has always had an interest in gold and medicine. Golf took him to the professional level working in the golf business for four years working at clubs and playing on the mini tour. In 1983 he decided to follow the path into medicine and chose physical therapy. Jamey completed his physical therapy degree in 1987 at the University of Miami at Coral Gables. Jamey has worked in outpatient rehabilitation since graduation.

    Jamey brought his orthopedic manual therapy skills to Excell for Life in 2023. He treats neck and headache pain, low back/SI pain, and any pain or injury to the upper or lower extremities. Jamey’s approach to treating the body is functional and this blends well with the holistic approach at Excell for Life.

  • Lori is a certified Exercise Physiologist, Biomechanics Specialist and Functional Movement Scientist.

    Lori provides a unique whole-body training 360 degrees in 3 planes of motion: through fitness, wellness, and movement training to release muscles while strengthening through mobility. Lori strategically empowers her clients to become the athlete they want to be by moving and feeling better. Through the facilitated Body Reading – 3D Maps Matrix Eval - one can restore: mobility, stability, balance, flexibility, strength, speed, agility, power, endurance, corrective movement patterns, gait efficiency body balance, core posture restoration training, and stretching on True Stretch. In addition, Myofascial Release, IASTM, Blading, Tooling, Cupping and Massager can help muscles heal and decrease pain while increasing mobility.
