60 minute session for $100 includes:
Reading of your current agility, power, mobility, posture, balance, gait, flexibility, strength, and movement patterns
Screening of feet, ankles, knees, hips, abdomen, spine, shoulders, and arms – looking at body in 360 degrees in 3 planes of motion
Recommendation of personal exercise and stretch program to achieve your goals and your body’s needs!
Personal or Buddy Training
(with your friend or spouse or family)
30 minute sessions for $50 | 60 minute sessions for $100
Training/workouts to enhance and build your strength, mobility, agility, 3D resiliency,core, balance, & power
Improve your game: pickle ball, golf, running, tennis, hiking, walking, etc!
Stretching with True Stretch (functional flexibility to enhance your life), PNF & myofascial release with Lori’s hands, tools scraping, foam rolling, massage gun, Active Release Technique, corrective movement exercises, body rolling and releasing
