Offers a fully functional approach with our most experienced providers, Dr. Lisa and Amy with many great benefits. While Dr. Lisa’s program is currently full, we do currently have openings with our IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine) provider Amy’s HOPE Care Program.

For our pediatric patients and families or patients not interested in the fully functional approach we also offer a combination of traditional and functional medicine for a nominal monthly fee with our wonderful providers Pediatric NP, Tara Fox, Dr. Nathan Bleeke and Amanda Miller, PA-C. All office visits are still billed to your insurance and you are responsible for anything not covered in addition to the Excell monthly fee. For children please review the Excell Pediatric Program with Tara and for those just needing adult care please review the Excell Care Program with Dr. Bleeke or Amanda. For families it would be the Excell Care Program with children seeing Tara and adults seeing Dr. Bleeke or Amanda.

For children ages 21 and under that suffer from chronic diseases such as Lyme, co-infections, PANDAS, etc. we have Highly Experienced Pediatric Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner, Tara Fox. Tara’s chronic disease practice is cash pay through TRF Health.

Nathan Bleeke, DO. Dr. Bleeke offers treatment for common ailments such as low and upper back pain, hip pain, neck pain, headaches, chronic muscle pain/strain and baby colic, constipation, and poor latching.

Offered by Amanda Miller, PA-C. Peptides can be beneficial for patients who have the basics of their health well controlled (low inflammation diet, regular sleep and exercise) and just need a little more to get to their best health. See the attached FAQ for more information and pricing.

Now available with Jamey Mabe, PT. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist he preforms skilled rehabilitation to provide pain relief, improve strength and mobility, as well as increase range of motion.
