Great Very Nutritious GF Granola!

This is a great nutritious snack for everyone.  I, Dr. Lisa, created this recipe, and encourage you to customize and add anything GF (gluten free) you would like!

2-3 bags Trader Joes Gluten Free Granola – Cranberry Maple Nut flavor

2 bags dried Trader Joes Roasted Plantain chips

2 cups each dried pineapple, mango, no sugar added dried banana chips, and raisins

2 cups each of pepitas (pumpkin seeds), walnuts, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds

2 cups each of GF oats and buckwheat

Remember to be creative and add anything that looks good & nutritious to you!  (Another batch I added great dried pineapple from Trader Joes.)

Enjoy!!! I estimate ¼ cup is about 12 carbs and 100 calories.
