– Dark, leafy greens
– Shredded Carrots
– Grape tomatoes
– Beans (kidney, black, pinto, garbanzo, or any other kind you like)
– Fish—salmon is especially good!
– Avocado
– Citrus peel
– Splash on lemon juice
