Superbowl Snack! Nurse Becky’s Gluten Free / Dairy Free Salsa

3 cans of black beans (organic if possible)

  • 1 can of original Ro-tel

  • 1 can of mexicorn

  • 2 diced tomatoes

  • 2 bunches of chopped green onion (optional)

Becky suggests adding chopped cilantro to spice it up! Mix all of this together and then leave it in the fridge overnight.

Enjoy with Corn Tortilla Chips!
