Nutrition and Health Boosting Meal Replacement Shakes
We recommend replacing one meal a day with our top nutrition Excell shakes and smoothies. Great for good energy, detox, anti-inflammatory benefits or a quick meal on the run! See each section below to decide which product has benefits you want and recipes to go with them!
For best taste: Mix any of these recipes in a high power blender like nutri-bullet or Vitamix with water or almond milk. Can add organic veggies and fruit to taste.
MitoCore
MitoCore is an energizing daily multivitamin shake with protein and is a great liquid multivitamin option for kids or adults that have trouble swallowing pills. It comes in almond, coconut almond, or organic milk. Dosage for children is ¼ scoop daily.
Lemon / Pineapple Mitocore Shake
1 scoop of Lemon MitoCore protein
blend 1 tsp MCT oil
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
Core Support
Core Support activates phase 2 of liver detoxification with targeted micronutrients, high-density phytonutrients, clean protein, and bulk fiber. Replace at least 2-4 meals per week with these nutrient boosting shakes.

Banana Berry Vanilla Core Support Shake
2 scoop Vanilla Core Support
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
½ banana
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
Chocolate Banana Core Support Shake
2 scoops Chocolate Core Support
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1 banana
1 tbs. cocoa powder
Dr. Lisa’s recipe for a great detox (to beat allergies and fatigue): This smoothie is good for kids and adults.
Mix 1-2 scoops of Core Support (1/2 scoop children)
Water or almond milk (See what package recommends.)
1/2 to 1 cup of cilantro (You can hide this flavor with pineapple.)
1/2 to 1 cup of celery
Open 1 capsule of Ortho Biotic
Optional: add other veggies or fruits to taste (esp. organic berries!)
InflammaCORE
Inflammacore is an awesome anti-inflammatory product for your whole body & specifically targets your GI tract. Use this for 2 weeks for acute gut issues and follow with Glutashield every other day. If symptoms recur, continue on InflammaCore at least 4 times weekly.
