Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

This is one of my favorites.

1 lb. of brussels sprouts trimmed and cut in half
1 Tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. fresh-ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sriracha sauce

Heat in oven at 400° spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until coated. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. Roast in oven until sprouts are golden brown and tender (or 25 minutes). Mix 1-2. tsp. honey and 1/2 tsp. sriracha and small bowl. Place Brussels sprouts in bowl and drizzle with honey mixture. Place back in the oven until well cooked. Yum!

As an alternative option to sriracha and honey, you can instead add feta cheese (with the olive oil) right as you put it in the oven to bake is awesome too!
