Healthy Banana Soft-Serve!
Another great recipe from my daughter, Laurel, who found it on a website called “Choosing Raw”. I tried it, and it is super easy and SUPER
GOOD!
Take 2-3 bananas, peeled and cut into large chunks, and put into a tupperware container or ziploc bag. Put into freezer overnight.
Put frozen bananas into food processor and process for about 5 minutes, stopping every now and then to scrape down.
The bananas should get “increasingly light, fluffy, and smooth”. Spoon into bowls and dig in!
For an extra kick, make some raw chocolate “syrup” by combining 2 tablespoons of agave nectar with 1 tablespoon raw or dark cocoa powder. Drizzle on top of the frozen bananas.
VOILA! Healthy ice cream!
